Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and thrilled with what you receive. Every item is carefully made and inspected, but alas, we are only human and make mistakes, but do not fret! We’re here to help!

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost. Just contact us at admin@learnlabar.com within 14 days of receiving your item, and include your order number along with a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Some people will use the products and then try to return them (They have no idea that we can track if a product has been activated and used.) However, ensuring you’re happy with your experience is our TOP priority, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right if something goes wrong.
